To be safe, you can calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) which is how many calories you burn doing absolutely nothing and just doing the bare minimum to live (breathe, etc).
For me, my BMR is 1818 calories / day.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Most cheese slices come in squares that are too large to fit the 3.75-inch diameter sandwich maker. Use a round cookie cutter to cut the cheese slices so they fit.
