Chicken Tikka Masala tastes good. Here’s how to make it.
Ingredients:
- boneless chicken breast
- parsley
- small plain yogurt
- 1/3 of a half pint of heavy whipping cream
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala mix / powder
- 8 tbps olive oil
- 2 tbps ginger garlic paste
Preparation:
- Cut up and rinse chicken into small pieces
- Rinse and chop parsley into small pieces
Instructions:
- In a 12″ cooking pan, put in olive oil and ginger garlic paste and spread all over pan under medium heat for 5 minutes
- Put in Chicken Tikka Masala spice mix and spread all around for 2 minutes
- Put in chicken and spread all around and cover pan stirring occasionally for 10 minutes
- Put in tomato sauce, plain yogurt, heavy whipping cream, and parsley and cook with pan covered stirring occasionally for 10 minutes
- Enjoy with rice and naan
